The Opportunity
n
This is a broader opportunity than a traditional Flood Modeller role. You'll remain hands-on across flooding and stormwater while taking greater ownership of projects, working directly with clients and mentoring junior engineers.

It's a good next step for an experienced engineer who wants more variety and responsibility without moving away from the technical work.

- TUFLOW modelling, flood impact assessments and flood studies

- Technical reporting and interpretation of modelling outcomes

- Managing projects and coordinating internal resources

About You
n
You will be a collaborative Engineer looking for a genuine long-term career move rather than simply another modelling role.

You'll ideally bring:

- 5–8+ years' relevant engineering experience in Australia
n
- Strong flooding and stormwater capability
n
- Hands-on TUFLOW experience
n
- MUSIC and stormwater assessment experience
n
- Flood studies and flood impact assessment experience
n
- Robust technical report writing skills
n
- Project management and client-facing experience
n
- Ability to mentor junior engineers
n
- RPEQ preferred or progressing towards registration
n
