Warehouse Allocations & Exports Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Allocations & Exports Administrator to join our team based in Prestons.

The Role:

n

n
- Reviewing, allocating and processing customer sales orders.
n
- Coordinating warehouse dispatches and domestic and international deliveries.
n
- Arranging freight bookings and managing export shipments.
n
- Preparing and maintaining export documentation and shipment records.
n
- Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transport providers and warehouse teams.
n
- Monitoring order and shipment progress while resolving delivery issues.
n
- Reviewing warehouse and freight invoices for accuracy.
n
- Supporting operational reporting and maintaining accurate records.
n
- Assisting with production label printing and general operational administration.
n
- Providing back-up support for purchasing and importation activities when required.
n

Who Are You?

n

The ideal candidate should possess:

n

n
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, warehousing, exports,



customer service or order processing.
n
- Experience coordinating freight, transport or distribution activities.
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
n
- Experience working with ERP, inventory management or business systems.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.
n
- Exposure to export documentation and international freight processes will be highly regarded.
n
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline (desirable).
n
