Join a team where quality and genuine impact matter

Autism Intuition Disability Support Services is a small, fully registered, neuro-affirming NDIS provider. We focus on purposeful work, genuine relationships and quality Support Coordination, without the pressure of high-volume caseloads.

We're looking for a capable, organised and people-focused Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

Already experienced in NDIS Support Coordination? We'd love to hear from you. We're also open to people from disability, community services, case management or similar backgrounds who have strong transferable skills and are ready to learn.

For us, the right person matters just as much as NDIS experience.

What You'll Do

Help participants understand their NDIS plans and get the most from their funding

Coordinate formal, informal and community supports

Build genuine relationships with participants, families and their wider support teams

Problem-solve barriers and changing support needs

Monitor budgets, services and plan implementation

Prepare clear, evidence-based reports and documentation

Manage your caseload with autonomy, with experienced support available when you need it

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

A robust communicator, both written and verbal

Confident building relationships with participants, families and professionals

Practical, resourceful and a good problem-solver

Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team

Neuro-affirming,

respectful and genuinely participant-led

Keen to learn, develop and contribute to a growing organisation

Experience in NDIS Support Coordination is highly regarded, but it's not the only pathway into this role. Relevant experience in disability, community services, mental health or similar fields will also be considered.

We also highly value lived experience of disability, neurodivergence and/or the NDIS, whether personally or through supporting a family member.

You'll need a current QLD Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card, or the ability to obtain them.

Why Autism Intuition?

Hybrid work: Approximately 2 WFH days per week where appropriate, following onboarding

Sustainable caseloads: Quality over high-volume service delivery

Admin support: More time to focus on participants and coordination work

Experienced guidance: Access to senior and complex Support Coordination support

Professional supervision: Ongoing support and professional development

Autonomy: Trust and flexibility in how you manage your work

Great location: Free parking at our Northgate office and close to public transport

Tools provided: Laptop and work number

Travel allowance: Paid for participant-related travel

Grow With Us

Autism Intuition is growing, and there is genuine opportunity for the right person to grow with us.

For someone interested in developing beyond their own caseload, there is potential to progress into senior, mentoring or leadership responsibilities as our team continues to grow.
