Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary: $42.19 - $50.03 Hourly Base Rate + Shift Penalties, Allowances + Super

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans
- Monitoring resident health and evaluating care outcomes
- Providing complex nursing care, including wound management and chronic disease support
- Responding to health concerns, acute deterioration and clinical emergencies
- Supporting residents living with dementia through safe behavioural management practices
- Delivering palliative and end-of-life care with compassion and professionalism
- Administering and managing medications in line with best practice guidelines
- Supporting infection prevention and control initiatives
- Leading, mentoring and supporting Enrolled Nurses and Personal Carers
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and care records
- Working collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

- Current unrestricted AHPRAregistration as a Registered Nurse
- Degree or postgraduatequalification inNursing
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to lead and support care teams in a residential aged care workplace
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and teams, committed to person-centered care and growth
- Sound computer literacy and clinical documentation skills
- ValidPolice Checkand/orNDIS Worker Screening Clearance(or eligibility to obtain)
