- Lead the evolution of People & Culture systems, data, and processes
n
- Guide transformation initiatives from initiation through delivery and enablement
n
- Create alignment across teams and ensure technology and process changes deliver meaningful impact
n
- Analyse existing systems and processes to identify opportunities to improve and simplify operations
n
- Lead People & Culture's adoption of automation and AI
n
- Work closely with business operations and systems and engineering teams to bring recent capabilities to life
n
- Build smarter, more connected experiences for employees
n
- Lead programs that evolve how People & Culture operates
n
- Support nbn's long-term goals and employee experience

Requirements

n

n
- Experience working on People & Culture transformation, business process improvement, or HR technology initiatives
n
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with strategic, enterprise-level thinking
n
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change
n
- Experience engaging and informing people through change
n
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday or UKG highly valued, but not essential
n
- Understanding of process improvement and digital enablement
n
- Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
