Job Description

StateCover is NSW's workers compensation insurer for local Government; we seek a detail‐oriented administrator to support Case Managers and stakeholders with claims processing and client service.

You will arrange medical examinations, reconcile payments, and assist in claim reviews, while presenting a calm and empathetic approach. Previous insurance experience is desirable but not essential.
