Due to expansion and territory growth we are now looking for a Brisbane South based Educator/Sales BDM to join our growing national team. Region includes: Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba & Gold Coast.

n

The Role

n

This is a field-based interdepartmental role with Education as its primary function, along with responsibility for a designated sales territory . There will be regular local and regional travel as well as occasional interstate travel required.

n

You will report directly to the National Education Manager & QLD State Sales Manager, key areas of responsibility include:

n

Education

n

n
- Deliver high-impact in-salon training
n
- Support new salon conversions
n
- Run workshops and events
n
- Strengthensalon capability across CPR ranges
n
- Drive confidence in colour, care, styling and holistic service delivery
n




- Sales growth against agreed targets
n
- New salon acquisition and onboarding
n
- Existing account growth and retention
n
- Call-cycle completion and customer engagement
n
- Sales strategy implementation
n

n

You will be expected to

n

n
- Buildtrusted, long-term relationships with salon owners and teams
n
- Support The Circle community
n
- Represent CPR with professionalism and authenticity
n

n

About You

n

You are;

n

n
- A qualified hairdresser in Australia (essential)
n
- Technically confident and current
n
- Comfortable presenting to small and large groups
n
- Organised and self-directed
n
- Commercially aware (you understand how salons make money)
n

n

Experience in

n

n
- Training and assessment (highly regarded)
n
- Sales or conversion work
n
- Digital contentor social education (bonus, not mandatory)
n

n

You must

n

n
- Hold a valid driver's licence
n
- Be comfortable travelling regionally
n
- Be confident using Microsoft 365 and basic reporting tools
n
- Be able to operate autonomously while staying aligned with structure
n

n
