Job Description

CatholicCare NT Wadeye is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a small team and manage delivery of social support services in Wadeye, with emphasis on Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men's Behaviour Change programs.

You will mentor staff, apply qualified knowledge, and support direct client services, contributing to stronger community outcomes and culturally competent practice within the Wadeye community.
