Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking an Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Worker for a part-time, temporary role based in Inverell Community Health. The position focuses on culturally safe, person-centred chronic disease care for Aboriginal people, with travel across multiple sites and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
