Madhouse Bakehouse is on the hunt for a hands‐on Warehouse Supervisor to keep our warehouse, delivery operations, and inventory running as smoothly as our fresh-baked products disappear from the shelves.

n

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, jump into warehouse operations when needed, and use data to help us continuously improve.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading and supporting our warehouse and delivery teams.
n
- Managing drivers, storepersons, and daily workflow.
n
- Reporting to the General Manager on key operational metrics, including:
n
- Delivery efficiency
n
- OTIF (On Time In Full) performance
n
- Productivity and operational KPIs
n
- Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock control, and regular stocktakes.
n
- Managing team rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage.
n
- Working closely with the broader operations team to identify improvements and drive efficiencies.
n
- Use digital warehouse systems for order picking,



stock management, and stocktaking.
n
- Analysing warehouse and delivery data to support business decisions.
n
- Ensuring protected, efficient, and well‐organised warehouse operations.
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
n
- Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
n
- Excellent organisational and problem‐solving abilities.
n
- Confidence working with systems, reports, and operational data.
n
- Experience managing inventory and stocktakes.
n
- A continuous improvement mindset.
n
- Forklift Licence highly regarded.
n
- A sense of humour helps too. Bread puns are optional.
