Job Description

Philips is seeking a Remote Service Engineer to support Digital Xray (DXR) systems from our North Ryde office. You will deliver advanced remote diagnostics, manage customer inquiries, and ensure first-time right fixes.

You will coordinate with Technical Support and Service teams, escalate complex issues, and proactively monitor DXR devices to minimise downtime. A degree in engineering or a technical trade is preferred, with hands-on field experience valued.
