We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our Endoscopy team, where you'll collaborate with passionate experts, work on cutting‐edge technology, and make a real impact to patient lives.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own and execute strategic territory plans to consistently deliver revenue targets, grow market share, and build a sustainable Endoscopy business.
n
- Act as a trusted partner to clinicians and hospital stakeholders by leveraging deep product expertise, market insights, and collaborative engagement—while representing Boston Scientific's values and integrity.
n
- Complete a structured training program and comprehensive onboarding, apply learning in the field, and maintain a high level of product, technical, clinical, and market knowledge on an ongoing basis
n
- Contribute to meaningful, life‐changing innovations that improve patient outcomes
n
- Partner with cross‐functional, high performing teams in a fast‐paced environment

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Endoscopy medical device sales is highly regarded
n
- Ability to build trusted, long‐term relationships and quickly develop clinical and product expertise.

- Results‐driven professional with a growth mindset – naturally curious, committed to continuous learning and effective at communicating, prioritising and working both autonomously and within high‐performing teams.
