Lead service that creates opportunity by:

- Develop and implement recent programs and services to new and existing clients
n
- Lead and development high performing teams to ensure efficient delivery of a range of person centred programs and services
n
- Overseeing service delivery, innovation and new business opportunities to strengthen outcomes.
n
- Building strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders.
n
- Ensuring accurate and timely intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
n
- Upholding compliance in safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
n

Why we want you:

- Tertiary qualification, minimum Certificate IV in Community Services
n
- 3+ years experience in a leadership role, ideally across disability services.
n
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&Ls;, reporting and performance outcomes.
n




- Proven ability to lead teams through growth, change and continuous improvement.
n
- A hands on, proactive leader who gets involved, challenges current education pathways and drives new ideas!

Must haves:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications
n
- Knowledge of the NDIS and experience in the sector (highly regarded).
