Excavator Operator – Site Cuts & Bulk Earthworks

We're seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start to join our growing earthworks team.

n

If you're confident on the sticks, understand levels, and take pride in clean, accurate work — this role is for you.

About the Role

n

Operating 10T and 14T excavators across domestic and commercial projects, including:

n

n
- Site cuts
n
- Final trim & detail work
n
- Working to set-out, plans, lasers & levels
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience operating 10T & 14T excavators
n
- Robust understanding of levels, lasers & final trim
n
- Domestic & commercial earthworks experience
n
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
n
- Able to work unsupervised and in a team
n

n

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

n

n
- HC licence
n
- Experience on busy, live construction sites
n

n

Location

n

Based in Tullamarine

n

Work mainly in Melbourne's North & West

n

Occasional work in the Eastern suburbs

n
