Guest Experience Host & Face to Face Lead Generator
As a Lead Generator, you'll combine front-of-house hospitality with proactive lead generation and on-site marketing. You'll welcome guests, build meaningful rapport, identify sales opportunities, and generate qualified leads by booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.
What You’ll Do
Proactively engage owners and guests face-to-face and over the phone to identify sales opportunities and generate high-quality leads
Build genuine rapport with prospective customers, uncover their travel interests and needs, and create interest in our product.
Qualify prospective customers against agreed criteria and connect suitable leads with the Sales team
Drive bookings in-person Sales Centre presentations through confident and engaging conversations
Follow up with prospective customers to maximise appointment attendance and conversion opportunities
Manage lead activity, appointment bookings and customer information accurately within required systems
Work closely with Sales and Resort Operations teams to maintain a strong pipeline and deliver a seamless customer journey
Consistently achieve individual and team targets across lead generation, qualification, bookings,
show rates and conversion
Maintain accurate records, complete required administration and provide updates on lead and booking activity
Weekend and public holiday availability is required, along with the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites.
What You'll Bring
Experience in hospitality, customer service, lead generation, promotional marketing, or face-to-face sales
Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging guests in person
A sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes
A positive, energetic, and self-motivated approach
Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
