Are you the type of person who enjoys figuring out how things work, building computers, fixing gadgets, solving technical problems, or tinkering with electronics?

We're looking for a motivated apprentice to join a leading Australian communications technology manufacturer and complete a Certificate III in Electronics and Communications (UEE30920).

n

Important: This role is not suitable for candidates seeking an electrical apprenticeship or an electrical licence pathway.

n

You will not be wiring houses, installing power circuits, working on construction sites, or completing work associated with becoming an electrician.

n

Instead, you'll develop specialised skills in:

- Electronics
n
- Communications technology
n
- Product assembly
n
- PCB manufacturing
n
- Testing and troubleshooting
n
- Equipment configuration and programming
n

n

About the Role

n

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll gain hands‐on experience across the full product lifecycle, learning how specialised communications equipment is assembled, tested, programmed and repaired.

n

Your duties will include:

n

- Electronic assembly and soldering
n
- Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly
n
- Testing electronic components and systems
n
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
n
- Programming and configuration of communication equipment
n
- Product repairs and servicing
n
- Working with speakers, microphones, telephones and communication systems
n




- Reading technical documentation and schematics
n
- Quality assurance and product testing
n

n

Working Hours

Location: Campbellfield VIC

Hours: Monday to Friday

Time: 8:30am to 5:00pm
