We're Hiring: Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Insights Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across business operations and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and junior professionals who are passionate about data, analytics, business intelligence, and turning complex information into meaningful insights.

- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
n
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business and operational data.
n
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
n
- Support teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
n
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
n
- Assist in developing and maintaining analytical models and reporting tools.
n
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.
n
- Conduct market, customer, and business performance analysis.
n
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable business insights.
n
- Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
n
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and research projects.
n
- Maintain documentation of data sources, analytical processes, and reporting methodologies.
n
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting and data analysis processes.
n
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
n




- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
n
- Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
n
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
n
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
n
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong willingness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, academic, or project experience in data analytics are welcome to apply.
