Jigsaw is currently engaged to recruit an experienced Distribution Centre Manager to take ownership of a large-scale operation on Brisbane's Northside. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving operational performance and getting close to the action.

The operation includes:

- Employees across two shifts
n
- 20+ company-owned trucks
n
- Warehouse + transport responsibility
n
- Complex, bulky and non-standard freight
n
- Strong focus on safety, service, cost and continuous improvement
n

What were looking for:

n

n
- Proven DC / Warehouse / Operations leadership experience
n
- Solid warehouse and transport experience
n
- Experience managing an owned fleet is highly desirable
n




- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
n
- Comfortable driving accountability and performance
n
- Hands-on, visible and collaborative leadership style
n
- Someone who wants to build something for the long term
n

- $145k-$155k + Super

- Monday-Friday

- ~40 hour week
n
- Only occasional late finishes to support the afternoon shift

- Christmas shutdown
