Public Sector People are currently seeking experienced Labourers for temporary opportunities in Narangba, Arana Hills, Redcliffe and surrounding areas.

n

These positions offer the prospect to work across a range of operational activities, including stormwater, roads and drainage, weed spraying, street sweeping and general maintenance.

Locations: Narangba, Arana Hills, Redcliffe, Strathpine and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour

n

Engagement Type: Casual / Temporary

About the Work

n

Depending on the assignment, you may be involved in:

n

n
- Stormwater Quality Improvement Device (SQID) maintenance
n




- Roads and drainage maintenance
n
- Weed spraying
n
- Operating or assisting with mini street sweeping activities
n
- General labouring and outdoor Council maintenance
n
- Working safely around stormwater infrastructure and public spaces
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- MR or HR licence highly regarded
n
- Confined Space tickethighly regarded
n
- Weed spraying experience and relevant chemical handling qualifications highly regarded
n
- Previous experience in civil construction, roads, drainage, stormwater, or parks highly regarded
n
