The Role:

We're looking for a Print Technicianto join our Shepparton teamfull-time.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide onsite and remote supportfor print devices and related software
n
- Deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenanceacross a range of devices
n
- Build strong relationships with customers through transparent communication and reliable service
n
- Ensure all work is completed in line withSLA requirements and service delivery processes
n
- Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
n
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Print Technicianor in a similar technical support role
n




- Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
n
- Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
n
- Exposure to IT environmentswill be highly regarded
n
- Experience in production print environmentswill be highly regarded
n
- Experience working with Canon devices/solutionswill be highly regarded
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Current and valid driver's licence
n
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)for working with children
n
