- highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues;
- enthusiasm for working collaboratively as part of a professional teaching team;
- a genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young people to achieve their potential; and
- a commitment to contributing to the co-curricular and broader life of the School.
At GMAS, we believe great teaching is built on strong relationships, high expectations and knowing our students as individuals.
Our teachers are encouraged to collaborate, reflect, innovate and continually develop their professional practice while making a meaningful contribution to the learning, wellbeing and development of their students.
You will join a professional and welcoming School community committed to educational excellence, student wellbeing, child safety and providing opportunities for every student to flourish.
