We're looking for a Property Maintenance Officer to join our Onslow team!

Breight Group need a highly motivated and experienced Property Maintenance Officer to be responsible for our tier 1 client's residential property portfolio.

n

This is an Onslow town-based residential position on a 5&2-day roster reporting to the Property Manager. Breight Group will consider flexible working arrangements for up to 40 hours per week for the successful applicant.

n

This is not a FIFO position and FIFO will not be considered.

n

The key duties include but are not limited to:

n

- General yard maintenance of all residential properties
n
- Lawn mowing and lawn edging;
n
- Landscaping and tree pruning;
n
- Maintenance and repair of all pools, pool pumps and equipment;
n
- Testing and maintenance of pool water;
n
- Working to a property maintenance schedule.

ABOUT YOU: We are looking for great people who enjoy their work, are interested in being part of a team and have a strong belief in safety first culture. We also need the following from you:

- Previous experience in a similar role
n
- Drivers Licence (Manual)
n
- Knowledge in the safe use of tools and equipment required to perform all tasks
n
- Ability to undertake routine cleaning and maintenance duties
n
- Ability to work safely and understand best practice in pool and garden maintenance environment
n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
n
- Advanced computer skills, record keeping, ordering and inventory management
n
- Strong professional presentation
n
- Australian Working Rights
n
