Forget "standard" childcare. Eden Academy Two Wells is a stunning, architecturally designed sanctuary flooded with natural light and premium resources that are replenished frequently. Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 141 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

What You'll Bring

- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n




- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- A professional, polished presence and warm approach
n
- A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
n
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
n
- Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
n
- Two skilled references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
