We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Bexley (96-place centre).

About the Role

n

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
n
- Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
n
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
n




- Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
n
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
n
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
n
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
n
- Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
n
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
n
