This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced Senior Clinician to join Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) at our Kew Centre.

About the role
Reporting to the Program Manager, Therapeutic Services, the Senior Clinician Therapeutic Services is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to clients across Victoria under the Redress Support Services and Forced Adoption Support Servcies programs. This involves providing clinical supervision, managing clinical risk, supporting clinical effectiveness, maintaining a small caseload, and contributing to stakeholder engagement, reporting, evaluation and the achievement of contractual, funding and strategic objectives.
This role is located at Kew and is a part-time permanent position (0.8EFT) working four (4) days per week. Some travel between centres wil be required. The base salary range is $130,937 - $132,770 (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, counselling or a related discipline, with recognised clinical supervision training.
- Demonstrated leadership and clinical supervision experience, with the ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative and safe team culture.
- Strong clinical experience in mental health, trauma-informed practice and therapeutic services, with sound clinical judgement, risk management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience using client management systems and working effectively with diverse clients, staff and stakeholders.
