Job Description

- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules
n
- Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
n
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
n
- Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations
n
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards
n
- Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
n
- Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance
n
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams
n

Requirements

n

n
- Currently hold Australian security clearance
n
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
n
- Experience with integrations and data migration
n
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes
n
- Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
n
- Interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps, or Security
n
