- Prepare financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and performance metrics.
n
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on business performance.
n
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business.
n
- Support month-end reporting and management reporting processes.
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting.
n
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business case development.

- Provide recommendations to optimise profitability and cost efficiency.

Profile
n
A successful Commercial Analyst should have:
n

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
n
- Experience in commercial finance, FP&A;, management accounting, or analysis.
n
- Proven analytical and financial modelling skills.
n
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools, such as Excel, PowerBi, and ERP platforms.
n
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively and build relationships with non-finance stakeholders.
n
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
n
- Experience in the FMCG or retail industry is advantageous, but this role is open to first time movers with strong modelling skills.
