We are looking for a suitably experienced machine operator to join the machine shop team running brake press and turret punch machines. Clean, spacious environment with an immediate start.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Setting and operating Brake Press and Turret Punch machines
n
- Folding and punching light gauge metal parts as per SOP
n




- Working and interpreting working drawings
n
- Troubleshooting and adjusting bending programs as needed
n
- Perform routine machine maintenance and quality inspection
n

n

Requirements

n

Key requirements:

n

n
- Experience in operating Brake Press and/or Turret Punch - training will be provided for the right candidate
n
- Ability to read engineering drawings
n
- Machine dexterity with a strong mechanical aptitude
n
- High attention to detail
n
- OH&S; compliant
n
