Southern Pacific Sands / SPS Quality Concrete is a growing South East Queensland business supplying quality washed silica sand, filtration media, soils and ready-mixed concrete across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

We're looking for reliable and experienced HR drivers to join our Concrete team at our Caloundra or Ningi plant.
n

About the Role
n
Monday–Saturday | Early Starts | Full-Time
n
You'll be operating our modern concrete agitator fleet, delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial and civil customers across the local area.
n
n
- Operating and maintaining concrete agitator trucks.
n
- Completing pre-start checks and ensuring trucks are maintained to a high standard.
n
- Delivering concrete safely and to specification.
n
- Communicating professionally with customers and site personnel.
n
- Following safe work practices and contributing to our strong safety culture.
n
- Keeping your truck clean and well maintained.
n
n
Agitator experience is advantageous, but not essential,
if you're an experienced HR driver with the right attitude, we're happy to teach you the rest.

What You'll Need
n
n
- Current HR Driver's Licence.
n
- Previous heavy rigid driving experience.
n
- Clean driving record.
n
- Strong commitment to safety.
n
- Reliable and qualified attitude.
n
- Ability to work early starts and longer shifts.
n
- White Card/Construction Induction Card is preferred.
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
n
