As we continue to grow, we are looking for Fulltime Linehaul Loaders to join our team on the PM shift at our Moorebank site.

n

Skills and experience

n

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

n

n
- Extensive Linehaul Loading experience
n
- LF Forklift License
n
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to OHS regulations.
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Linehaul Loading Operations
n
- Successfully demonstrate understanding of Mass Management
n
- Successfully demonstrate understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines
n
- Enthusiastic and energetic team player
n

n

Job tasks and responsibilities

n

n
- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and in accordance with policies and procedures.
n
- Ensure all inbound and/or outbound freight is:n n
- Accurately scanned, matched, sorted, and placed safely into correct locations.
n




- Load outbound linehaul units (consolidation of freight)
n
- Unload and/or loaded safely with zero damage within set time limits.
n
- Compliant with legislative requirements with regard to load mass.
n
- Compliant with Chain of Responsibility including appropriate load restraint.
n

n
- Match freight and connotes to ensure no miss-sorted or miss-loaded freight.
n
- Report all incidents of damage, shortages, split consignments, etc. to the supervisor in a timely manner.
n
- Ensure the yard is kept organised and tidy.
n
- Work toward a target of zero near-miss incidents or accidents.
n
- Contribute to shared goals and work effectively as part of a team.
n
