You'll take ownership of tenders for major mechanical and HVAC-R projects, working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects to develop competitive, accurate estimates and help secure the company's next major projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and mentor the estimating team across mechanical & HVAC-R projects
n
- Prepare accurate, competitive tenders for commercial, industrial and government mechanical works
n
- Build solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and mechanical suppliers
n
- Drive continuous improvement in mechanical estimating processes, systems and accuracy
n
- Step into a role with a clear pathway to senior leadership as the business scales
n

Skills & experience
n
n
- Trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering
n
- Proven estimating experience in mechanical or HVAC-R trade services
n
- Strong understanding of mechanical tendering, contracts and cost planning
n
- Confident with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
n
- Full Australian work rights required
