We have been engaged by Superfund Manager as they look to appoint a Head of risk to the Melbourne head office team. Reporting to the General Manager of Risk & Compliance, you you be responsible for the maintenanceof a robust Risk Management Framework with appropriate processes, controls and systems that comply with external regulatory obligations and meets community expectations and industry standards.

Working as part of a team of 8 across Risk & Compliance, you will work in a flat leadership structure where more junior staff are shared across members, Program uplift, BAU and Incident teams.
n
Responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Responsible for end-to-end management of the Business Continuity program, including monitoring and oversight, reporting and testing
n
- Provide support to the Compliance function
n
- Preparing all reports for the Members Best Interest Committee (RMBIC), and the Trustee Boar
n
- Responsible for active monitoring of performance against Key Risk Indicators and escalating issues/concerns
n
- Responsible for development and implementation of all risk training foremployees
n
- Delivery of the Risk program of work including satisfactorily meeting targets, deliverables and timelines.

To be considered for this role, you will need:
n
n
- Qualification and/or significant experience in Risk Management
n
- Experience with implementing and managing CPS 230 is essential
n
- Previous experience working within Superannuation is essential
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
This role is based in Central Melbourne and requires 4 days in office, with a mature approach to flexibility on hours and work from home.
