AI Developer chance with a Federal Government client, focused on driving digital innovation, AI capability, automation, and enterprise productivity.

Contract: Long-term contract with extension options available

Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance or higher preferred

We're seeking experienced professionals with expertise in:

n

n
- Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry
n
- AI agent development, deployment, and maintenance
n
- Microsoft Copilot and enterprise AI enablement
n
- Prompt engineering and generative AI solutions
n
- AI-powered automation and workflow configuration
n
- Integration with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams
n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Configure and deploy AI agents tailored to business needs, including summarisation, document drafting, and decision support
n
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources to improve knowledge access and business usability
n
- Support Copilot onboarding, training,



communications, and user adoption activities
n
- Develop learning materials, user guides, and support resources for AI and Copilot capabilities
n
- Ensure AI configurations comply with privacy, security, and ethical AI standards
n
- Degree or qualification in Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related field
n
- Azure certifications or relevant Microsoft AI/cloud certifications
n
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure administration
n
- Practical experience with generative AI models and prompt engineering
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, fairness, and responsible deployment
n
