Troocoo is partnering with a large, established organisation in the insurance and financial services sector to deliver an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) solution. We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead this solution, driving strategic hiring and workforce growth on behalf of our client. Embedded within the client's business day-to-day, yet very much part of the Troocoo team, this role suits someone driven, agile and ambitious - an experienced talent professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver quality hiring outcomes across a complex portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end recruitment across insurance and financial services roles
n
- Partner closely with senior leaders on hiring needs, workforce planning and recruitment strategy
n
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring decisions and recruitment approach
n
- Build talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and specialist roles
n
- Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
n
- Manage recruitment administration to keep the process efficient, compliant and well-run
n
- Produce and maintain recruitment reporting, including activity, pipelines and hiring outcomes
n




- Maintain a compliant ATS process, ensuring all activity, documentation and approvals are captured and managed through the system
n
- Continuously review and evolve recruitment processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
n

About You

- Proven experience in insurance and/or financial services recruitment
n
- Driven, agile and ambitious, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders
n
- A big-picture thinker who enjoys process optimisation and is always looking for ways to improve and evolve how things are done
n
- Confident using recruitment systems, data and reporting to support decision-making
n
- You bring autonomy, urgency, and a genuine drive to get things done
