Job Description
Initial Casual Assignment (6 months) $75-$85 per hour + Super | Potential Permanent Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Internal Projects Manager to lead and deliver a range of strategic and operational improvement initiatives across a large and complex organisation. This role offers the chance to drive meaningful business outcomes, lead cross-functional projects, and contribute to ongoing transformation and continuous improvement programs. Based on the success of the assignment, there is a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent.

Responsibilities
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of internal business projects
n
Develop project plans, business cases, implementation schedules, and governance frameworks
n
Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and reporting
n
Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable project outcomes
n
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings, and project reviews
n
Drive organisational change and support adoption of new processes and systems
n
Monitor project performance against agreed milestones and success measures
n
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
n
Ensure compliance with project governance standards and documentation requirements
n
Your Profile
n
To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
- 5+ years' experience in project management, business transformation, PMO, or operational improvement environments
n
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through to completion with strong services experience
n
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions
n
- Experience managing budgets, project reporting, and governance requirements
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Change management experience will be highly regarded
n
