Job Description

Southport Sharks is seeking an experienced Events Team Leader to join its Events team on the Gold Coast. This hands-on leadership role will oversee a diverse calendar of events, from school graduations and conferences to gala dinners and major poker tournaments, guiding the team through setup, service and pack down.

You will work alongside Kitchen and operational teams to deliver skilled service, maintain guest experience, and adapt quickly when plans change.
