An established organisation is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support a period of organisational change.

n

This is an opportunity for a pragmatic and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with leaders and navigating change in a complex environment.

n

You will provide hands-on P&C; support across a range of workforce initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to provide sound advice, manage employee impacts and help ensure change is implemented effectively.

About you

We are looking for someone with experience in:

n

- Organisational change and workforce transformation
n
- Restructures and workforce planning
n
- Employee relations and industrial matters
n
- Consultation and change communication
n
- Redeployment and employee transition
n




- Supporting senior leaders through complex people matters
n
- Working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
n

n

You will be confident dealing with sensitive and sometimes challenging situations, with robust judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience within a complex, highly regulated or large-scale organisation will be well regarded.

This is a hands-on contract role suited to an experienced P&C;/HR skilled who can quickly establish credibility, operate autonomously and provide practical advice in a changing environment.
