Contract: Initial 6 months + 6-month extension

Clearance: Current Baseline Security Clearance - Mandatory

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Communications specialist to support a major transformation and change program within a government environment.

n

Working closely with program leadership, business and change teams, you will develop explicit, timely and engaging communications that support program delivery and organisational change.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage planned communications while responding confidently to changing priorities and short-turnaround requests.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Develop communications supporting program updates, change, releases and milestones.
n
- Produce newsletters, stakeholder updates and industry notices.
n
- Create presentation and Board-level communication material.
n
- Maintain web content and communication collateral.
n
- Develop content for corporate communication channels.
n
- Partner with program, business and change stakeholders on planned and ad hoc communications.

What You'll Bring

- Strong writing and content development skills.
n
- Experience in program, change,



internal or corporate communications.
n
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.
n
- Experience producing newsletters, presentations and stakeholder communications.
n
- Able to manage competing priorities and short deadlines.
n
- Practical PowerPoint and basic visual design skills.
n
- Government or program communications experience is desirable.
n

Mandatory Requirement

n

Applicants must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance to be considered for this role.
