The Talent World is seeking an experienced People Partner to join its charity HR team. You will provide expert HR guidance, coaching, and support to managers, leaders, employees and volunteers, helping to shape a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
You will work closely with directors and the People Team to streamline HR processes, manage complex employee relations, and drive engagement and change initiatives in a dynamic not-for-profit workplace.
