The Opportunity

n

An excellent chance exists for a Civil Design Engineer with proven 12d experience to join a leading Melbourne-based engineering consultancy. Working within a high-performing civil team,



you will play a key role in the design and delivery of land development & other projects from initial concept through to construction.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare civil engineering designs and documentation using 12d.
n
- Design roads, intersections, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewer and water infrastructure.
n
- Produce engineering reports, calculations and supporting technical documentation.
n
- Coordinate with developers, councils, service authorities and project stakeholders.
n
- Assist with planning permit, engineering approval and authority submission processes.
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
- Deliver projects in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, council requirements and industry best practice.
n
- Support project delivery from concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
n
- Identify innovative and practical engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
n
- Contribute to maintaining high-quality technical standards across the business.
n

Experience & Qualifications Required

n

n
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
n
- Minimum 3-6 years' experience in civil design within the Australian land development sector.
n
- Strong proficiency with 12d software.
n
- Experience designing roads, drainage, earthworks and associated civil infrastructure.
n
- Understanding of Victorian council standards, authority requirements and local design practices.
n
- A team orientated & collaborative engineer who is passionate about the industry and the work they produce
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
