This opportunity is with an established, award-winning real estate agency in Perth's Northern Suburbs, known for its strong systems, modern technology, quality client base and genuine Property Management support structure.

You lead the portfolio and the relationships. Your support team handles the support work.

You'll have your own in-office assistant, access to a shared offshore VA, plus leasing support to keep everything moving.

Your role

n

You'll take ownership of a residential portfolio at a senior level, focusing on communication, relationships, decision-making and overall portfolio performance.

n

You'll:

n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Take ownership of client communication and higher‐level portfolio matters
n
- Guide and work closely with your in‐office assistant and shared offshore VA
n
- Lead the client experience and ensure service standards remain high
n
- Handle escalations and problem solve confidently when required
n
- Work closely with the wider Property Management and leasing team
n
- Keep portfolio performance, client retention and service front of mind
n

No ingoing inspections. No outgoing inspections.



No routine inspections.

No leasing. No BDM. No trust accounting.

About you

n

You'll suit this role if you:

- Have 2+ years of solid residential Property Management experience
n
- Hold a current Property Management Registration
n
- Have a valid driver's licence
n
- Are a natural relationship builder who clients trust
n
- Communicate confidently and professionally
n
- Are organised, proactive and strong at problem solving
n
- Enjoy leading and taking ownership rather than simply completing tasks
n
- Can work autonomously while still being part of a collaborative team
n
- Have experience with PropertyMe or Reapit, which is a bonus but not essential
n
