Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer / Driver to join our aluminium windows and doors team.

n

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment, is physically fit, reliable and takes pride in delivering materials safely and professionally to jobsites.

n

You will support our factory, warehouse and installation teams while also completing deliveries of aluminium windows, doors and associated materials across Melbourne.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely load, secure and transport aluminium windows, doors and materials to construction sites.
n
- Deliver products to builders, construction sites and customers throughout Melbourne.
n
- Assist with unloading and carrying windows and doors safely.
n
- Assist installers with window and door installations as required.
n
- Load and unload trucks and warehouse materials.
n
- Assist with general factory and warehouse duties.
n
- Maintain clean and organised work areas.
n
- Check products and quantities prior to delivery.
n
- Complete delivery paperwork and communicate with site supervisors.
n
- Follow company WHS procedures and site safety requirements.
n
- Assist with basic handling, packing and preparation of aluminium windows and doors.
n
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean, secure and maintained.
n
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with builders,



trades and customers.
n

About You

n

The successful applicant will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or a similar environment.
n
- Experience driving a ute, van or small truck is advantageous.
n
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely handle large and heavy window and door products.
n
- A reliable and punctual work ethic.
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Preferably can understand/speak Chinese
n

Experience in aluminium windows and doors is highly regarded but not essential.

n

Physical Requirements

This role involves regular manual handling, including loading, unloading and carrying aluminium windows, doors and glass.
