We're looking for experienced Bus and Coach Drivers to join Kinetic's casual pool supporting rail replacement services across South East Queensland.

The Opportunity
n
As part of our rail replacement team, you'll play a key role in keeping communities moving when rail services are disrupted. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts, ideal for drivers seeking additional hours or varied work.

- Casual positions available
n
- Competitive hourly rates + penalties
n
- Depots based in Coomera and Molendinar
n
- Work across planned and unplanned rail replacement services
n
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Safely operate buses across rail replacement routes
n
- Deliver a high standard of customer service during disruptions
n
- Follow operational instructions and adapt to changing conditions
n
- Work collaboratively with control teams and other drivers
n
n
What You'll Need
n
n
- Valid Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) – essential
n
- MR or HR Licence (HR highly regarded)
n
- Previous experience operating buses or coaches
n
- Strong knowledge of SEQ roads (desirable)
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to remain calm and qualified under pressure
n
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
n
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
n
