Dynamic Door Services is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of a Service Technician on a permanent, full-time basis. Working out of our Newcastle office, the successful incumbent will need to possess the following;

Requirements

n

n
- Having skills with Service/ Technical / Electrical exposure/ experience would be advantageous.
n
- Hold a current valid driver's license.
n
- Requires strong technical and problem solving skills, and setting of priorities
n
- Required to exercise positive time management.
n
- Requires interpersonal skills .
n
- Should possess sound coordination and communication skills,
n
- Computer skills are essential.
n

Duties

n

n
- Maintain a friendly, co-operative, customer-focused attitude at all times with emphasis on portraying willingness to help.
n
- Ensure that the quality-of-service work done meets the company's required standards as defined.
n
- Take responsibility for prompt follow-through and customer feed-back on all service issues that fall into the scope of this role.
n
- Advise Management of any customer complaints.
n
- Process paperwork daily, this includes daily run sheets.
n
- Carry out high quality service work in a professional and safe manner whilst being courteous and polite at all times.
n




- Project adjustment on site where required to promote and sell company product.
n
- Ensure 100% accuracy of paperwork before forwarding to the branch.
n
- Prioritise all appointments to ensure completion within given timeframes.
n
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
n
- Follow all WH&S; guidelines and procedures and inform HR of any hazards or incidents relating to your duties and your own safety.
n
- Read and understand company policy and procedures manuals including the OHSE Management plan.
n
- Wear and maintain the company uniform whilst on duty.
n
- Keep a high standard of company protocol to ensure the company's image is maintained.
n
- Maintain the company vehicle and ensure it is kept in a clean and tidy manner to promote company services.
n
- On completion of job ensure work area is left in a clean and tidy manner as was on arrival.
n
- Avoid damage to products where possible. Advise the branch immediately of any accidents or damage to any persons or property.
n
- Vehicle maintenance servicing to be up to date according to company vehicle policy.
n
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by your manager.
