Next Door Espresso is looking for a reliable, energetic Junior Kitchen Hand to join our BOH team.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in hospitality, learn from experienced chefs and develop their kitchen skills.

The role includes:

- Dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
n
- Basic food prep and food handling
n
- Restocking fridges, cold rooms and kitchen stations
n
- Receiving and moving produce and stock
n
- General kitchen cleaning and organisation
n

n

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a excellent attitude and strong work ethic
n
- Is reliable, punctual and works well in a team
n
- Can work quickly in a busy environment
n
- Is physically capable of lifting and moving produce boxes and stock
n
- Takes pride in keeping their workspace clean and organised
n




- Is keen to learn and build a career in hospitality
n
- Experience isn't essential — attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important to us.
n

Monday–Friday position with full-time hours available for the right person.

n

Free staff meal on eligible shifts.
