Site Coordinator – Plastering & Drywall (Commercial & Residential)

We are seeking an organized, proactive Site Coordinator to oversee daily wall and ceiling operations across our active project portfolio. Rotating between commercial fit-outs, luxury residential builds, and active renovations across Victoria, you will serve as the crucial link between our Project Managers, site trades, sub-contractors, and head contractors.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day plastering operations, trades, and sub-contractors across commercial, residential, and renovation job sites
n
- Coordinate material deliveries (metal framing, plasterboard, compounds), track site stock levels, and minimize wastage
n
- Conduct detailed QA checks to ensure framing, acoustic/fire-rated systems, and decorative finishes (square-setting, bulkheads, curves) meet strict architectural specs
n
- Enforce site safety standards, conduct site inductions, and ensure SWMS compliance across all active builds
n
- Work closely with Site Foremen, Project Managers, and Builder Reps to address site variations, track progress, and keep schedules on track

About you

n

n
- 2+ years of experience as a Site Coordinator, Leading Hand,



or Trade Supervisor in construction (plastering/drywall experience strongly preferred)
n
- Solid understanding of suspended ceilings, metal stud framing, fire/acoustic specs, and high-end plaster finishes
n
- Flexibility to visit and manage sites across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria as required
n
- Valid White Card and full Victorian Driver's License (essential)
n
- Robust communication skills and familiarity with job tracking apps or site software
n
