We at Coforge are hiring Senior Functional Tester with the following skillset:

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
- Define and lead the overall test strategy planning and execution for E2E testing.
n
- Coordinate across multiple teams including developers, data engineers, functional consultant and business stakeholders.
n
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness post-migration through comprehensive validation and reconciliation processes.
n
- Data migration activities.
n
- Integration testing with upstream/downstream systems.
n
- Functional, automation and regression testing for METs, Digital team and other team involved.
n
- Lead UAT coordination, issue triage, and sign-off processes.
n
- Build and manage different QA metrics like requirement traceability,



Defect and test cases progress etc for reporting purpose.
n
- Collaborate with PMs and Business analysts to ensure requirements are testable and complete
n
- Report on test progress, defect status and risk to stakeholders.
n

n

Required Skills and Experience :

n

n
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with 3+ years in test lead role.
n
- Robust understanding of integration testing.
n
- Proven experience in data integration testing - including data mapping, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
n
- Excellent coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Knowledge of test and defect management tools like JIRA X-Ray.
n
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modes.
n
- Experience leading UAT cycles and working closely with business users
n
