Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia's largest insurance repair specialists, with offices nationwide. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our team in Southeast Melbourne.

The Role

n

n
- Estimate, schedule and supervise insurance building repairs.
n
- Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
n
- Work closely with the Construction Manager.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders.
n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
n
- Meet and exceed KPIs using our industry-leading systems.
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).
n
- Current White Card and Driver Licence.
n
- Experience estimating,



scheduling and supervising repairs.
n
- Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).
n
- High attention to detail and quality.
n
- Strong organisation and time management.
n
- Commitment to safety.
n

n

Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
