About the Role
n
You will play a key leadership role across all classrooms within our Kindergarten Classroom and Long day care program, working collaboratively with educators to create a high-quality, child-led curriculum that supports curiosity, agency, and belonging for every child in our community.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Support, mentor, and inspire educators to deliver consistent,
high-quality care and education throughout the service
n
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families, children, and the wider community
n
- Reflect on and actively engage with the philosophy and practices of Kardinia Early Learning
n
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF), ensuring practice aligns across all classrooms
n
n
What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
n
- Experience leading or teaching in an early childhood setting
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A nurturing, professional, and reflective approach to practice
n
- A strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy and inclusive education
n
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth
