- Lead endtoend MDM program delivery including requirement analysis design development testing deployment and support
n
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define master data requirements and governance processes
n
- Design and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM and related technologies
n
- Define data models matchmerge strategies survivorship rules hierarchy management and data stewardship workflows
n
- Lead sourcesystem analysis data profiling and data quality assessments
n
- Establish and enforce data governance standards policies and best practices
n
- Collaborate with business architecture integration ETL and analytics teams
n
- Manage MDM releases enhancements and production support activities
n
- Drive performance tuning scalability improvements and issue resolution
n
- Mentor development teams and conduct designcode reviews
n
- Prepare project estimates plans status reports and risk mitigation strategies
n

Required Skills

- 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Master Data Management
n
- Strong handson experience with
